Mongolian students, who can demonstrate a need, can apply for US sponsored financial aid. IF you are an 11th grade student, you must contact the Educational Advising & Resource Center (EARC).
You must follow their competitive process that begins in May of your Junior year. Don't wait! Call in April, or even sooner:
